Fast, Efficient Service:

Most orders are shipped the same day they are received.  Here is how we do it:

  • We carry over 50,000 items in our product line, in stock, waiting to fill your needs.
  • Local sales representatives hand carry or electronically submit your orders to the home office each day. 
  • Out-state sales representatives are equipped with FAX machines, email, and/or tablets to transmit you orders to the home office the same day they are received.  Orders placed on Monday will be shipped on the next business day.
  • For even faster service, orders may be phoned in, using our toll-free 800 number, or submitted via the Place Order tab of our website.

Quality Assurance:

  • If any of our in-stock products fail to meet your standards, we will take them back no questions asked.

Payment Terms:
-Net 30 Days with Open Account.
-We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

-All orders are shipped within 24 hours with a 1/10th of 1% or less chance of error.

-We will prepay freight on orders of $200.00 or more.  
-Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or the common carrier of your choice.

Credit Return:
-Returned Merchandise must have a “Returned Material Authorization” number (RMA#) assigned prior to returned shipment.  
-This RMA# is your confirmation of credit to follow.  
-The credit memorandum will apply to current or future purchases.
